For the comfort and pleasant stay of all guests, we kindly ask that the following rules be observed. Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Greek law: 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time. Children are welcome. Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. It is allowed only in the outdoor areas. Regarding damages, guests are responsible for any damage that may be caused to the room or the accommodation’s equipment during their stay. Visitors not included in the reservation are allowed only after informing the accommodation. Please keep the room clean and in good condition, taking care of cleanliness and using the equipment with care.

Booking Confirmation: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount may be required. The remaining balance is paid upon arrival or during the stay. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 21 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 21 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of no-show, the full reservation amount may be charged. Accommodation Tax: In accordance with Greek legislation, a climate crisis resilience fee may apply, which is payable by the guest upon arrival.
